Rowing is for everyone
If you're new to rowing, don't worry. Our classes are designed to teach you how to row and give you a great workout!
Getting on a rowing machine for the first time can be intimidating, so our instructors take the time to teach you the basics and make you comfortable.
You'll spend approximately half of the workout on the rowing machine and the rest of the time building overall strength and a solid core.
Our workouts are great for everyone. Experienced athletes and those who are new to rowing will all feel comfortable.

What is the workout like? Each workout is specifically designed to build your fitness. You'll spend approximately half your time on the rowing machine and half the time doing low-impact, body-weight and core exercises.
What should I wear for rowing? Wear athletic clothes and shoes. Closer fitting clothes are usually better for rowing, but wear whatever your the most comfortable in.
Will I be able to keep up with the workout? You control the pace and effort of the workout. The harder you push the rowing machine, the harder the workout. It's entirely within your control.
How much do classes cost? We sell punch cards for Ridgeline Rowing. Come to as many classes as you want or take a break if you need to. Punch cards don't expire for 90 days.
How often should I come to Ridgeline Rowing? You'll get the most benefit out of Ridgeline Rowing classes if you come 2 or 3-times per week. We suggest a Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule, but any schedule that works for you is fine. The important thing is to be active.
