Youth Strength Training to
Supplement Competitive Sports

45-minute morning strength training sessions for youth athletes. Includes a dedicated trainer in a small group with a maximum of 12 kids per class. Youth athletes will learn proper strength training and weight lifting techniques and will lift on a program specifically geared to their sport and their strength.

Our strength training program is ideal to help build explosive strength and power. It's ideal for runners, basketball players, football players, volleyball players, swimmers, rowers, and any youth athlete looking to build their overall strength, speed and capabilities.
